How do I create a new questionnaire?

To do this, you need to navigate to the appropriate page. To do this, click on Templates and then on Questionnaires. On the top right you will find a button called "+ Create new questionnaire". After you click on it, a pop-up window will open. There you can enter the following data:

  • Title (required field): please enter a name unique in the field.
  • Description (optional)
  • Duration of response (optional): Here you can enter a vsl. duration in minutes
  • Image (optional): Drag and drop an image to the left side. Alternatively, you can click on the area and select an image

When you have entered all relevant data, click Save at the bottom right.
