1.0 Automatically adapted questionnaires
Use of attributes for questions
From now on it is possible to assign different conditions to questions using attributes.
For this purpose, an automatic comparison takes place with the attributes of relevant test objects. Only if a test object has an attribute that was defined as a condition in the question will the question be displayed.
A detailed description can be found here: LINK to the manual
Comparison of conditions in questionnaires
In order to only receive relevant questions in a questionnaire, a mechanism was developed at this point. This means that only the questions that meet certain conditions are displayed.
By clicking on the “Conditions” button you can find out which condition has been set.
A detailed description can be found here: LINK to the manual
2.0 Additional fields for planners and testers per test
It is now possible to configure the additional attributes for planners and testers for each test.
Additional input fields have been introduced so that the planner can receive additional information when evaluating a test. These fields are generated based on the attributes and can be implemented individually.
Attribute fields have also been set up for testers, allowing them to quickly provide additional and more detailed information in feedback.
These additional attributes are then displayed in separate columns in the evaluation and then feedback validation. The tester attributes are displayed directly after the mandatory information (such as test object name, test object key number, time, tester, category and rating) and are separated from planner attributes by an icon.
A detailed description can be found here: LINK to the manual
3.0 Select to tests objects
An alternative overview of the evaluation was recently implemented, which allows all results to be sorted according to the existing test objects. The new view can be accessed via the navigation bar on the left under the menu item “Evaluation” -> “Select Test Objects”.
Via the respective result tile of a test object, you can access the reports
- instructions
- feedback
- questionnaires
that are assigned to the test object.
By expanding the test object tile, all tests to which the test object is assigned are listed. Clicking on a result tile within these tests takes you to the reports of the results for this specific test object in this specific test.

4.0 Filtering by tree selection component
New components in the evaluation, feedback validation and questionnaires
A new component has been developed that enables the precise evaluation of evaluations and tests as well as test objects. This is the tree selection component, which is always located on the left-hand side and can be collapsed or expanded. It has been added at various points in the reports:
- Select Tests -> Feedback result tile
- Select Tests -> Questionnaires results tile
- Select Test Objects -> Feedback results tile
- Select Test Objects-> Questionnaires results tile
- Validate feedback
A search in the list is also possible.
By setting up more targeted searches and selecting/compiling relevant evaluations, tests and test objects, efficiency and targeted analysis are optimized in the evaluation.

5.0 Matching mechanism for data import to the test objects
The process of assigning several files to a test object simultaneously and quickly has been simplified. A mechanism has been developed to automatically assign the files to the correct test object based on the key number.
The import and assignment of the following file formats:
- png
- jpg
to a test object in a test is possible using the automatic process, which is carried out by clicking on the “Automatic assignment” button. This assignment of files can also be carried out manually using the drag & drop function.
A detailed descripton can be found here: LINK to the manual
In addition, a file can be added to each individual test object in the data pool.
Import multiple files to test object
6.0 Enlarge images
Recently, you can enlarge the images in the questionnaires to see even small details. This also applies to the images associated with the answer options in matrix questions. Click on the image to enlarge it. If there are several images in a question, a preview dialog appears at the bottom where you can click through the images.
There is also a “Download” icon in the top right-hand corner. Click on the icon to start a download.
7.0 Deactivate test object
A new function has been introduced: “Deactivate test object”, which can be implemented using a toggle. A test object that is no longer available for various reasons can thus be excluded from future feedback in a test.
A test object can be deleted in the test if no results are available for it.
If results are available for a test object, it can only be archived in the data pool.
8.0 Filtering of archived data
The filter for archived data with the checkbox “Show archived” and “Reset to default” has been added in the following places:
- Evaluations
- Tests overview
- Test objects overview
- Test
- Data pool
- Templates
This enables targeted filtering.
Clicking the “Reset to default” option deselects all previously selected checkboxes in the filter and resets the filtering.
9.0 Backend
API increase level 7
The iOS app adjustment was made for security reasons and from now on a message will appear with the recommendation to update to a new version.
Adaptation of answer sets after the removal of questionnaires
In the interface with the iOS app, the request call for loading the answers of the question catalogs (answer sets) has been adjusted so that the data remains up to date.
10.0 Improvement
Optimization of breadcrumb navigation
Select Tests > evaluations name > test name > result type
Each part of the breadcrumb navigation is clickable.
The test objects and other sorting options can be selected in the filter.
Import multiple files to test object
The uploading of files in the data pool under “Test objects” has also been optimized.
When creating and editing a test object, you can now upload and save several files one after the other via drag & drop or with one click under “Attachments” on the right.
The files can be opened enlarged in a new tab with a click or deleted with the red “x” icon.
Improved behavior of additional columns (planner and tester attributs)
To make it easier to distinguish the overview of attributes used in the additional columns, a new label with six states has been introduced in the left-hand column:
not assigned |
assigned and without value | assigned and with value | |
tester attribut |
no change |
no change |
boarder with accent color |
planner attribut |
no change | ✅ green check icon |
✅ green check icon and boarder with accent color |
Below the evaluation and feedback validation, there is a button with a “cogwheel” icon that leads to a “Select columns” dialog. Additional attributes can be configured here and added, deleted or edited as required. These attributes are then displayed in the additional columns.
A detailed descripton can be found here: LINK to the manual
11.0 BUGs
Browser Freeze fixed
The attribute sets can now be inserted easily without the browser freezing.
Matrix of test objects works again
The matrix of test objects in the valide feedback works perfectly, the test objects can be selected and deselected as required and the text fields of the additional attributes can also be filled.
